Whipped Cream For Decorating.Description: This cream is excellent for decorating.I stumbled upon the following recipe by trial and error. The cream shouldhave a fat content of at least 35% to remain stable. Most organic creams have this percentage. Ingredients: 1-cup high fat content whipping cream 1 tsp cornstarch 2 tbsp sugar or to taste 1 tsp vanilla Directions: Chill large bowl and mixer beaters in freezer until very cold. Whip cream at high speed until soft whipped, add cornstarch and continue whipping, add sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Whipped cream will remain stiff and and stable if left in refrigerator a few days. Recipe Summary: Yield: 1 and 1/2 cups Prep Time: 45 minutes Cook Time: None Other recipes by Casa del Rio: Finnish Baked Pancake Apricot Compote Apricot Sausage Compote Eggs Florentine Sweet Pepper Salad Hummas Greek Mountain Salad Cucumber Yogurt Salad Yogurt Dip Spanakopita Casserole Zucchini Pancakes Ken Bowling's Brisket Chocolate Pound Cake Hot & Flavorful Bean Curd Quesadilla New Mexico Red Chile New Mexico Green Chile Sauce Burritos Pinto Beans & Refried Beans Chicos (dried Corn) Natillas (a Very Light Custard) Flan Pumpkin Cake Chocolate Glaze Comments: There are no comments, you can write one on iLoveInns.com from your computers web browser! |
