Star Sausage Won TonsIngredients: 2 cups (1 pound) cooked sausage, crumbled 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated 1/2 cup dry ranch salad dressing mix 1 can (4.25 ounces) chopped ripe olives 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped 1 package won ton wrappers Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sausage, cheeses, salad dressing, olives, and red pepper in large bowl. Lightly grease a regular size muffin tin and press one wrapper in each cup. Brush with oil. Bake 5 minutes or until golden. Remove from tins, and place on baking sheet. Fill each won ton 3/4 full with sausage mixture. Return to oven for 5 minutes until bubbly.
