Dijon Eggs
Ingredients:
8 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup Dijon mustard 1 cup whipping cream 1 tablespoon tarragon
Directions:
In small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add Dijon mustard and still until smooth. Gradually stir in the whipping cream. Continue to warm until heated through. Add the tarragon.
Slice the hard-boiled eggs, and pour the sauce over the eggs.
