Hawaiian Banana Bread


Description:
�An unusual combination ~ so moist & delicious and not just for breakfast��

Ingredients:
3 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. nuts (optional)
3 eggs
11/2 c. oil
2 mashed bananas
1- 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix just until blended. Pour into 5 greased mini-loaf pans.


Recipe Summary:
Yield: 5 mini-loaves
Cook Time: Bake at 350� for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool
