Cheese Ball


Description:
�Tastes great and is perfect for gift giving around the Holidays.�

Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 oz. pkg. Buddig smoked beef, chopped pressed, cooked (or boiled ham)
1 T. (or more) mayonnaise
1 � 2 tsp. finely chopped onion
9 large pitted black olives, chopped

Directions:
Mix the cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth. Add olives and onions (amts may be increased or decreased according to taste). Shape cheese into a ball. If too soft, refrigerate until it hardens slightly. Chop meat and pat onto cheese ball until entirely covered. Decorate with a maraschino cherry in center. Recipe may be doubled for a good sized cheese ball.
