Alabama Tomato Pie

Description:
A wonderful casserole that is the highlight of breakfast, lunch, or dinner

Ingredients:
1 pie crust
2-3 tomatoe's - sliced
1 onion - sliced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese - grated
1/2 cup parmesan cheese- grated
1 cup mayonaise

Place pie crust in the bottom of a pie pan. Bake @ 360 degrees for 6 minutes. Remove from oven, place a layer of tomatoes, then a layer of onions, sprinle with flour, season to taste. Repeat tomato and onion layer. Combine cheese's with mayonaise, spread accross the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
