Umpleby's Banana Walnut Muffins


Ingredients:
3 large ripe bananas
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup crushed, drained pineapple
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and egg. Add butter and pineapple. Combine dry ingredients and gently stir into banana mixture. Pour into well-greased muffin cups.
