Savory Eggs


Description:
An easy, but impressive souffle-like breakfast dish

Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/2 cup half and half
1 teaspoons grainy brown mustard
1 cup grated cheeze
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Beat 6 eggs in a bowl. Butter bottom and sides of a quiche or pie pan. Place the grated cheeze in the pan. Mix the half & half and mustard together and drizzle 1/2 of it over the grated cheeze. Pour the beaten eggs into the dish and spoon the remaining half&half mixture over the eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
