Sausage Balls


Description:
Sausage ball appetizer.

Ingredients:
2 pounds breakfast sausage
3 cups bisquick mix
1 pound cheddar cheese

Directions:
Combine sausage, bisquick and grated cheese and mix well. Form into 1 to 2 inch size balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. May be made ahead and frozen.
