Nimi's Red Pepper Sauce


Description:
Sweet red peppers cooked into a yummy sauce for a spread with cream cheese

Ingredients:
3 red peppers
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Wash, seed, and cut peppers into 2" pieces
Put in blender or Cuisinart with small amount of vinegar to help blend. Blend well
Combine all ingredients into saucepan and cook about 1 hr. until it is the consistency of applesauce.
To serve, pour over cream cheese and serve with crackers or bread
