Meslun Greens With Sherry-Walnut Vinaigrette

An easy recipe to impress your guests! Chef Karen took this recipe to the Knoxville March of Dimes Celebrity Competition - now you be the judge!

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Sherry Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Shallots, minced
2 Tablespoons Honey
1/2 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons walnut oil
1/2 Cup Walnuts
1 cup halved red grapes
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles

Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in processor and blend until combined. Toss with salad greens, grapes, and blue cheese.
