Kahlua Coffee CakeDescription: A delicious glazed coffee cake with the taste of Kahlua. Our guests love this wonderful coffee cake! Ingredients: CAKE 1/2 c. oil 3/4 c. water 2/3 c. Kahlua 4 eggs 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (small) GLAZE 1/4 c. powdered sugar 2 T. Kahlua Directions: Mix all cake ingredients together. Beat with mixer for 4 minutes. Pour batter into a prepared bundt pan (I use Pam for baking). Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool cake on a rack. Mix the glaze ingredients together and glaze cooled cake.
