Colleen's Strawberry Bread


Description:
A delicious quick bread that is a favorite at Acorn Hill. A real breakfast treat!

Ingredients:
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 T. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 (10-oz.) pkg. sliced frozen strawberries

Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, mix oil, eggs and strawberries. Mix dry and wet ingredients and bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for one hour. Fresh strawberries can be used if they are juiced.
