Ginger Snap Cookies A La Aaron


Description:
A soft cookie with a surprising ginger bite.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup molasses 1 1/2 cups margarine 2 cups brown sugar (firmly packed) 4 cups all-purpose flour 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cloves 2 tsp. ginger 2 tsp. cinnamon 4 tsp. baking soda 1 bowl of white sugar on side to coat cookie balls

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except the white sugar. Form into small balls and roll in the white sugar.
