Fluffy Omeletes


Description:
Omeletes stuffed with cheese and topped with bacon

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup 3 cheese blend
2 slices of bacon

Directions:
Whip together eggs and half and half.
Heat oil in pan, add egg mixture and move around pan until it looks like it's scrambled.
Let it cook, add cheese, fold over into middle and lay bacon across the top
Flash under grill to crispen bacon
