Easy Poppy Seed Cake


Description:
A moist and easy cake to bake and serve. Bake in a bundt pan and drizzle with vanilla or cream cheese icing. Also just as great to serve plain.

Ingredients:
1 - Box yellow cake mix (golden or butter varieties)
1 - (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1/4 - Cup poppy seeds
3/4 - Cup water
3/4 - Cup oil
4 - Eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven, then grease and flour a bundt pan. Mix all ingredients together, leaving eggs until last. Add eggs one at a time and mix until well blended. Pour batter into bundt pan and bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. Let cake cool for 10 minutes and invert on a cake plate. Cool cake and then drizzle with icing.
