Classic Caesar Dressing


Description:
Lemony, garlicy Caesar dressing - authentic, with anchovies.

Ingredients:
4 large cloves garlic, chopped
6 anchovy filets
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon coarse ground salt
2 eggs at room temperature
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Directions:
In food processor, blend garlic, anchovies, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, and eggs. Slowly drizzle in olive oil mixing until a creamy dressing forms, then blend in 1/2 cup Parmesan until smooth.
