Chocolate Chip CheeseballDescription: This recipe came from my sister-in-law Carol Bailey. It's great for showers or holiday gatherings! Ingredients: 1 pkg (8-oz) cream cheese, softened 1/4 tsp. vanilla 2 TBS brown sugar 3/4 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup powdered sugar 3/4 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips Assorted graham crackers and/or butter cookies Directions: Mix together cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Add sugars, stir in chips. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Shape into a ball. Chill for 1 hour. Roll in chopped pecans. Serve with assorted graham crackers and cookies. "Chocolate Cheeseball YUMMY!" The chocolate chip cheeseball is terrific. I fixed it and served at a baby shower with teddy graham crackers.
