Blueberry French Cream Pie

Description:
You can make this pie with Cherry Pie Filling if you prefer. Either way, it's delicious!

Ingredients:
1 9" baked pie shell (I use Sweet Pie Crust)
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla (Mexican vanilla if you can get it.)
1 c. heavy cream, whipped, or 1 med. container Cool Whip
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Directions:
Cream the sugar, vanilla & cheese. Fold in whipped cream & pour into baked pie shell. Put pie filling on top. Chill several hours or overnight. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.

"up a notch"
Use splenda rather than suger and you have the best low carb cheese cake. You can still add the blueberry if desired
