Whole Wheat Pumpkin Pancakes


Ingredients:
1egg
1Tbls Canola Oil
1 cup Milk
1Tbls Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp Ginger
7oz Canned Pumpkin

Directions:
Blend together in a blender ( I like to use my Bullet)
Whisk into dry mix.
On a medium griddle or skillet pour 1/4 cup batter and top with
Blue berries
Raspberries
Cut blackberries.
Until underside is golden brown.
Flip pancakes over and cook the other side for about 2 or 3 minutes.
Transfer to a warm plate and serve with warm maple syrup.
