Trout Ala Kinni


Ingredients:
You will need:
2-6 trout
onion diced
butter
salt
pepper
tin foil
grill
capers or chives
lemon slices

Directions:
Clean the entrails out of the trout, and prepare it whole. Stuff the ingredients into the fish, place in tinfoil and on your grill on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Garnish with capers or chives and serve with a slice of lemon. For the remainder of the menu, serve a hearty fisherman's breakfast with scrambled eggs, American fries, and toast, large glass of orange juice, and a good hot cup of coffee.
