Tapenade Spread




Description:
Incredible wonderful tapenade spread for homemade crackers or biscuits.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups pitted gourmet olives
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 chopped scallion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh cracked pepper to taste

Directions:
Place everything in a food processor except the olive oil. Process until smooth. Add the olive oil until a smooth paste is formed. Stir in the lemon juice and pepper.
