Tangy Fruit Medley Dressing:


Description:
Very handy to prepare ahead, use as needed, and keeps well refrigerated for up to 1 week.

Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons flour
1 (12 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes, or until thickened & bubbly. Cool. Serve over fresh or canned fruit.
