Sunday Brunch Casserole


Ingredients:
8 oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
6 thick slices of swiss cheese, enough to cover crust
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. minced or dried onion
6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 tbsp. parsley
salt & pepper

Directions:
Unroll crescent roll dough and press firmly into a lightly greased 13" x 9" pan. Place enough cheese slices to cover dough. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and onion then pour over the cheese slices. Sprinkle the bacon and parsley on top. Cover with non-stick aluminum foil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until done. This is a favorite of the house and a dish that we normally serve on Sunday mornings.
