Strawberry Phyllo Tarts




Directions:
Buy mini phyllo tart cases approximately 2 per person. Whip softened cream cheese, about 4 oz, and add a teaspoon of honey and a tablespoon of orange juice together. Put a teaspoon of the mixture into the tart case. Hull and chop ripened strawberries. Macerate the strawberries with a little granulated sugar and let sit for about a half hour. When ready, put the strawberries on the cream cheese mixture. Decorate and enjoy!
