Salmon With Cream Caper Sauce

Ingredients:
2 Salmon Fillets
1 Tbs Butter
1 Tbs Olive Oil
salt and pepper
1 Tbs Capers
1/2 cup half and half

Directions:
Sear Salmon in skillet with butter and olive oil. Then bake salmon at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until salmon flakes. In the meantime add 1 Tbs butter to searing skillet, Capers, 1/2 and 1/2 and cook until sauce thickens. Pour caper sauce on fillets.
