Ramekin Eggs


Description:
Ramekin eggs serves 8, divide in half for 4.

Ingredients:
Mix together the following:
1. 12 oz cream cheese
2. 1 1/2 cups milk
3. 8 eggs
4. 1 teaspoon salt
5. 1 Teaspoon mustard
6. 2 dashes Worchestshire sauce
7. 2 green onions chopped

Directions:
Heat cream cheese in microwave until softened and remaining ingredients, except onions. Beat until well blended. Stir in green onions. Pour into small Pyrex cups and bakd in hot water in preheated 375 degree oven for 30-35 minuites or until set.

"not sure"
This recipe is very unclear. I have even made baked eggs before and I am not sure what this person is directing me to do. It needs some serious revision.
