Quiche A La Moses

Description:
This is a make ahead recipe which can be stored in the refrigerator overnight or frozen.

Ingredients:
5 large eggs
1 package of pie crust (usually 2 to a package)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups cheese (cheddar, etc.)
1 large onion
2 cups 1/2 & 1/2
Paprika
Hot sauce
Nutmeg
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Mix eggs, soup, cream, spices
Sauté the onion
Place pie crust in baking dishes
Spread onion, cheese in baking dishes and pour mixture over them
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese
Refrigerate overnight
Bake at 350 for one hour; allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting
