Potato Chip Cookies



Description:
A guest favorite! Almost everyone who comes through the ranch takes this recipe home!

Ingredients:
1 c. crisco
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 6oz. pkg. white chocolate chips
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. coarsely crushed potato chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (10-12 minutes)

Cream crisco and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla and beat well. Add crushed potato chips and
white chocolate chips. Sift flour and soda. Stir into creamed mixture. Drop on greased
cookie sheet.
