Monkey BreadDescription: nuts or fruit pieces can be put in the bottom of bundt pan for a pretty topping Ingredients: 4 cans biscuits 1 1/4 sticks butter 2 cups sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 4 tsp. cinnamon Directions: Cut each biscuit into fourths. In a small bowl mix together two thirds cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Roll each biscuit piece in mixture and put in sprayed bundt pan. Bring to boil the butter and remaining sugar and cinnamon. Stir in vanilla. Drizzle mixture over dough. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes. Turn onto serving plate while still hot. Do not cut, but pull apart. Best eaten while warm.
