Hummingbird Muffins

Scrumptious and Moist. These muffins are to die for...

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3 beaten eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
8 oz crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups mashed ripe bananas

Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add eggs and oil. In a separate bowl combine vanilla, pineapple, pecans and banana. Add to flour mixture. Mix well, batter will be loose. Fill muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
