Hearthside Bluberry Muffins


Ingredients:
1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups blueberries
2 cups flour
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Spray muffin tin. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, baking powder and salt. Fold in half the flour, 1/2 the milk. Repeat. Fold in blueberries.Bake at 375 degrees
