Georgia Buttermilk Pancakes


Description:
Easy to make...light as a feather.

Ingredients:
2 C AP Flour
2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda,
2T sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 C buttermilk
2 large eggs
6T butter melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Mix eggs, buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla. Slowly add dry ingredients and stir until mixture is well blended. Let stand undisturbed for 10 minutes. Add 1/3 cupful to well buttered griddle and cook until brown on each side. Top with buttered maple syrup.
