Failed Omelette


Description:
Everything you want in an omelette goes into the egg scramble. Serve everyone at once instead of 1 at a time.

Ingredients:
Eggs --2 for each person being served plus one more.
Milk
Tablespoon (or less) butter
Chopped green onions or small portion of red onion, bell pepper
Feta cheese with tomato & basil
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Mix eggs and milk.
Melt butter in fry pan; add chopped veggies (onion, bell pepper, other) for about 1-2 min.
Pour in the eggs/milk, lifting gently as the eggs cook.
Add the feta (you determine how much by taste) while cooking.
Eggs are cooked? Add the cheddar as you pour eggs into a service dish.
Garnish with sliced tomato and serve
