Essex Inn Potatoes


Description:
This recipe is a takeoff of my recipe for MOM'S HASH BROWNS AND CHEESE. I created it one morning when I was serving potatoes with a quiche that had a lot of cheese in it.

Ingredients:
1 can Mushroom with Garlic soup
2 T Concord Foods Original Roasted Potato seasoning mix
1 C sour cream 2 T vegetable oil
1/2 stick butter, melted 1 2 Lb. Bag frozen potato cubes, defrosted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9x13 pan with PAM.
Put all ingredients into pan and stir until thoroughly mixed.
