Hash Brown Casserole


Description:
Quick, hearty and delicious casserole.

Ingredients:
1-32 0z. bag frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Cup shredded chedder divided in half
1/4 tsp. salt
8 Eggs
2 Cups milk
dash paprika

Directions:
Thaw hasb browns and combine with i/2 c of cheese and bacon and put on bottom of greased 13X9 inch pan. Combine eggs and milk and pour over top. Sprinkle paprika and the other 1/2c cheese on top. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes. Serve warm. Approx.6 servings.

This is a great kind of blank slate. You could add anything to this. I've made this several times with different meat choices and sometimes adding vegetables or herbs. I've passed this along to friends who all love it and make their own variations.
