Crescent Cheesecake BreakfastDescription: Great to make for breakfast! Can serve warm or cold. Can also cut into bite size pieces and use for party snacks. Be creative use toppings! Ingredients: 2 pkgs Pillsbury Crescent dinner rolls 2-8oz pkgs Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1 t vanilla 1/2 c. sugar TOPPING 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/3 c. sugar 1 T. cinnamon Directions: Butter 9X13 baking dish. Cover bottom of dish with one entire package of crescent rolls (should roll out in one piece, push together sections to make one solid piece) Whip together cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Use filling to cover crescent rolls. Cover filling with second package of crescent rolls. (Again push togething to make one solid piece) Melt butter and spread over second layer of crescent rolls. For topping: Mix sugar and cinnamon in a one small container then sprinkle over top with spoon. Let cool before serving.
