Debbie's Elk


Description:
Our wonderful neighbor, Debbie, is married to an avid hunter and has two hunter sons. This is one of our favorites--equally good using other wild game or beef as well.

Ingredients:
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder or granules

Directions:
Place the elk in a slow cooker. Mix the above ingredients together and pour over the meat. Cook until tender. Then eat and enjoy!

How big is your slow cooker, I can't fit a whole elk in mine!
