Dark & Stormy Description: Here is a drink appropriate to winter, to the political season, but hopefully not to your romantic aspirations! We're told it is popular with lobstermen. Ingredients: 2 fingers dark rum 1 12ounce bottle ginger beer 6 – 8 ice cubes juice of 1⁄4 of a lime Directions: Put the ice in a tumbler. Squeeze the lime over the ice and drop in the glass. Measure and pour inthe rum. Open the ginger beer and pour until the glass is mostly full. If using a pint glass, a littlemore rum may be called for. Stir once or twice with a long spoon, if you must. Feel the angst!
