Crescent Baked ApplesFiled under: Baked Goods - Pastries, Fruits - Apples. Description: Easy and smells great baking! Ingredients: 2 large apples (1 cut in 8 slices, the other chopped in pieces) 1 pkg Crescent rolls 1 stick of butter 1 cup of sugar 1 cup of cider 1 teas. cinnamon 2 teas. butterscotch pudding mix Directions: Spray 9x11 dish, wrap apples slices with crescent rolls and place in dish. Sprinkle chopped apple over rolls and sprinkle with cinnamon and butterscotch pudding mix. Melt butter with cider, add sugar and pour over crescent rolls. Cover and bake 350 for 30 min - uncover and bake 15 min.
