Cranberry Walnut Pie


Directions:
1 unbaked pie shell. Put in 1 1/2 Cups raw or frozen whole cranberries. Sprinkle 1/3 Cup sugar, 1/3 Cup chopped walnuts over berries. Set aside.
Mix topping:
1/3 Cup soft butter
1/2 Cup white sugar
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 Cup flour
Sprinkle over top of pie.
Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until pie is light brown. Freezes well.

"soggy crust"
I used a pillsbury pie crust and have tried it baked and unbaked and it comes out gray and soggy. any help here? lmarit12@hotmail
