Cranberry Walnut PieDirections: 1 unbaked pie shell. Put in 1 1/2 Cups raw or frozen whole cranberries. Sprinkle 1/3 Cup sugar, 1/3 Cup chopped walnuts over berries. Set aside. Mix topping: 1/3 Cup soft butter 1/2 Cup white sugar 1 slightly beaten egg 1/2 Cup flour Sprinkle over top of pie. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until pie is light brown. Freezes well.
