Blueberry French Toast Bake



Ingredients:
1 cup flour
3 cups milk
2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
12 eggs
20 slices French Bread, 1" cubed
2 pgs (6oz) of cream cheese 1/2" cubed
2 cups blueberries
1 cup chopped nuts
powdered sugar if desirrd
mayple syrup as needed

Directions:
1. Heat oven 350 degrees
2. Grease 2: 13x9 pyrex dish
3. Hand beat flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt, eggs until smooth.
4.Stir in btrad cubes.
5. Pour in to pans
6. Top evenly with cream cheese
7. Uncover bake 20-25 min
8. Sprinkle with powdered suger, serve with maple syrup
