Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes


Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 cups buttermmilk
2 cups flour.
1 cup slightly thawed frozen blueberries or fresh

Directions:
Mix eggs with buttermilk and oil. Add dry ingredients and blend. Pour 1/3 cup for each pancake and put 5-6 blueberries on top of each. Fry on preheated griddle until dry around the edges. Can keep warm in 235 degree oven. Do not mix blueberries into batter or you will end up with blue batter.
