Baked Oatmeal![]() Description: Wonderful way to eat healthy and enjoy the taste of oatmeal at the same time. Ingredients: Beat 4 eggs. Add 3/4 cup oil and 3/4 cup honey. Add: 6 cups uncooked oatmeal (quick or rolled oats) 1 1/3 T sp. Baking powder 1 tsp. Salt 1 heaping tsp. Cinnamon 2 cups milk Directions: Mix well. Put into a 9 X 13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8 – 12 people. Variations: Add raisins, nuts or blueberries. Recipe Summary: Yield: 10 servings Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 30 min.
