Angel Biscuits

Description:
Light, fluffy, and delicious!! We serve these wonderful quick breads and many people just rave about them. This recipe is simple and easy. It is so easy, you can get your kids to help make them. Teach them chemistry through cooking.

Ingredients:
2 cups of biscuit mix
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of melted butter

Directions:
Place all three ingredients together and stir until well blended. Pray small muffin tins with oil. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
