Room Detail

Captains House
Once home for Captains harboring their ships in Duck Creek, this beautiful manse reflects the inimitable ethos and elegance of Wellfleet and Cape Cod. The Captains House serves as the reception for the entirety of The Wagner at Duck Creek. The first level offers a living/sitting area, a dining space for continental breakfast and evening cocktail events, an outer covered porch, and a rear deck. The dwelling is comprised of 18 guest rooms, on three levels, in varying composition.

The Carriage House
The Carriage House is the newest structure on the five-acre property, built in the early 1900’s. It is comprised of one suite and three deluxe rooms; the air conditioned rooms all have queen-sized accommodations with en-suite baths, television, wifi, and seating areas. The suite is benefited by a “kitchenette” inclusive of a small refrigerator and microwave. There are grills and outdoor seating for the use of all guests.

The Cottage
This gambrel cape house is the oldest dwelling on the property, built in the late 1700’s, and moved from another parcel of land across town known as “The Salt Works” in 1925. The Cottage may be booked for a family or guests who have interdependent plans or relationships affording exclusivity to the dwelling during the reservation period. The composition of the dwelling includes five guest rooms. A Deluxe room with a queen bed and dedicated bathroom is situated on the first floor. The second floor has four Classic accommodations; each set of bedrooms is adjoined by a bathroom affording families and groups to book connected spaces. A kitchen, living, and dining space are common areas designated for guests of The Cottage.
