Description
Circa 1787. Located in Massachusett's second largest historic district, this Georgian "shingled square rigger," framed by an ornate iron fence, was named after the many inns in Britain. Above the paneled entrance, a ship's figurehead of Jane Elizabeth is posed. Victorian antiques and art work fill the inn. A cottage and an apartment are available in addition to the six rooms in the main house.Publicity and Awards: Hotels.
