Circa 1803. Take the ferry from Martha's Vineyard, Hyannis or Harwich to begin an island holiday on Nantucket at Martin House Inn in Massachusetts. There is a 10% service fee of the entire reservation for all cancellations made prior to the 21-day advance notice.
