Minimum Stay Requirements: 2-night stay required most weekends in summer & fall. Cancellation: A deposit equal to one night's room and tax for stays of 1-3 nights, 50% of total reservation for 4+ nights or the complete package price, whichever is applicable, is required to confirm your reservation and will be charged to your credit card.
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within the 14 day window will be refunded less the cancellation charge, only if we are able to rebook the room for the length of original reservation. We are a small hotel, so we never overbook. Pets: Innkeepers pets on premises. Smoking: Outside Only.
