November 1 - December 31: $149.00 per room. $179.00 - $189.00 for suites, per night. (Note: For Friday or Saturday single night reservations in season (May 16 - October 31,) add $25.) Rates are for one or two persons. Additional occupancy or use of a second bed is $35. Maximum occupancy is three. Rates do not include Maine tax. Rates are subject to change. Cancellations must be provided 48 hours (before 6 PM) prior to scheduled arrival for a full refund - $20 processing fee per room.
